Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Without separating the rolls, slice the entire slab of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally to create a top and bottom section. Place the bottom slab in the prepared baking dish.
- Arrange the cocktail sausages evenly over the bottom slab of rolls. Use 2-3 sausages per slider.
- Spoon the chili evenly over the sausages. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chili.
- Place the top slab of rolls over the cheese. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, and onion powder. Brush this mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the tops are golden brown. Let them cool for a few minutes before slicing into individual sliders to serve.
Notes
Feel free to add other toppings like diced onions or jalapeños with the chili for extra flavor.
